This Privacy Policy does not address our privacy practices relating to XLR8 job applicants, employees and other personnel. If you are a job applicant, please ask our team for this information.

Our Services may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. If you follow a link to any of these third-party offerings, please note that they may have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for those policies. Personal Data We Collect

Data You Give Us

You may give us Personal Data by signing up for an online account, entering information through our online forms or surveys, inputting information while using our Services, or contacting us for information or customer service.

The categories of Personal Data include:

Identifiers and Contact Information, such as first and last name, email address, postal address, Internet Protocol address, phone number, your country or region, and communication preferences.
Categories of Personal Data described in Section 1798.80(e) of the California Civil Code, such as name, address, telephone number, employment, and similar information. Your identifiers are associated with your company's account.
Professional or Employment-related Information, such as employer, job title, your area of responsibility, and company name.
Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information, such as Google Analytics records, browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer's interaction with an Internet website, application, or advertisement.
Geolocation Data, such as approximate geographic location when accessing our Services.
Inquiry and Communications Information, such as information provided in custom messages sent through our online forms or to our email address, such as to request a demo or submit a testimonial.
Feedback Information, such as feedback and ratings you provide relating to our Services or products.

The categories of sensitive Personal Data include:

Account Log-in Information, in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to the account.

Some external service providers may also collect information directly from you (for example, a payment processor may request your billing and financial information) in accordance with their own privacy policy. These external service providers do not share your financial information, like credit card number, with us, but may share limited information with us related to your purchase, like your zip code.

For example, we use third-party payment processor Stripe to process credit card payments made to us. As such, we do not retain any personally identifiable financial information in connection with credit card payments, such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly by you to our third-party processor. The payment processor's use of your Personal Data is governed by their privacy notice.

Usage Data Automatically Collected

As is true of many digital properties, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information from or in connection with your device or browser when visiting or interacting with our Services. Such data includes:

Log Data: Includes internet protocol (IP) address, operating system, device type and version, browser type and version, browser id, the URL entered and the referring page/campaign, date/time of visit, other user agent string data, the time spent on our Services, and any errors that may occur during the visit to our Services.

Your Employer who purchases the Services may share Personal Data with us to help us provision and manage your account.

If you interact with our Services through your employer or company, we may disclose your information to your employer or company, including another representative of your employer or company.

Verification Process for Exercising Rights

To protect our consumers' privacy, we verify privacy rights requests to ensure that only you (or your authorized agent) can exercise rights pertaining to your Personal Data. As part of our verification process, we may request you to submit additional information.
